Where do you ship from? USA
When will my order ship? Most jewelry and inventory carried in-house will process and ship within 2-5 business days. All apparel is printed on demand (made to order) and can take up to 14 business days to process- especially with the COVID-19 global pandemic slowing all manufacturing/shipping processes down. Your order is shipped directly from the printer! Currently, the apparel is processing at a rate of about 3-7 business days. Your patience is appreciated!
Why is shipping so expensive? Unfortunately, I cannot control USPS, FedEx or USPS pricing. We also live under a system of capitalism- the cost of shipping supplies, printing supplies, gas, add up. I do offer free US shipping on orders of $100+ and free shipping to Canada on orders of $150+. I do my best to be timely and accurate! I appreciate the patience and understanding, I'm just one human bean 💕
Do you print your shirts? All apparel is made to order direct with the printer using DTG printing. DTG is done by ink being directly sprayed onto the apparel- first a white underlayer to help with color vibrancy and opacity, then a color layer. Please keep your apparel fabric color choice in mind when ordering- bright colors may not be as vibrant on darker fabrics. Because the graphics are printed with ink instead of vinyl, they may lighten over time. Your item may arrive with a slight “vinegar” scent- totally normal for DTG printing! It will come out in the first wash. 😊 The costs mostly cover printing, and I will get a small piece for my art! The way the printing process works is how I hope to provide accessibility to provide a wide variety of wearable art for all! (While also trying to ya know, survive late stage capitalism.)

Why don't you screen print apparel? You can definitely pay for a studio space, equipment, and supplies if you'd like! I currently do not have the means to do so, and have no place to store that amount of inventory. DTG printing is most accessible for disabled creators like myself, and creates less waste as a product isn't made until it's ordered :)
Do you take custom orders? Yes! Caitlin has plenty of experience doing custom projects for private clients. Any custom work requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before any work is started. Please inquire about availability at email@example.com. Thank you!

Can I change my order? Unfortunately orders cannot be modified when sent out for printing (apparel, prints, stickers, etc.) but they cannot be cancelled if the item is in production. Please ensure the right quantity and size is selected at checkout before submitting payment, most items are automatically sent in.
Can I exchange my item? Exchanges of items such as apparel/prints/stickers are generally not accepted. Please ensure correct sizes/colors/quantities are being ordered before submitting payment. Make sure to check out FAQs, the shipping policy, and return policy before submitting payment. In orders with damaged items, returns are generally accepted with photos of the item provided. Where is my order? If you are an international customer, please expect shipping times to take 6-8 weeks during normal shipping times- this will be a HIGHER number during busy seasons and around the holidays. Your shipment can be held in customs, I cannot control how long this process takes. Bizaanide’ewin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any customs fees that may accrue. Incorrect addresses may result in the order being returned- in order to reship, customer will be responsible for shipping charges. For domestic (US) orders, processing times are typically 2-5 business days, and shipping can take up to 2 weeks- though it is normally much quicker than that ☺️ Please ensure correct address and order quantity/size/color/etc before submitting payment- this will help get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
