Shipping policy

Bizaanide'ewin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor customs fees for international orders. If a customer enters an incorrect address, that customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct BEFORE submitting payment. Apparel and many other items are sent in automatically for fulfillment upon order confirmation and CANNOT be canceled or modified!

**If you are an international customer, please expect shipping times to take 6-8 weeks during normal shipping times- this will be a HIGHER number during busy seasons and around the holidays. A lot of orders are held in customs and tracking will not appear to update for a period of time, I cannot control how long this process takes. Please understand that once the item is shipped, speed is out of my control. Bizaanide’ewin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any customs fees that may accrue. Incorrect addresses may result in the order being returned- in order to reship, customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Tracking info is sent to you automatically via email when your shipping label is printed.

Please note processing time is separate from shipping estimates. Processing may take 2-5 business days, dependent on current order volume. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays may be possible due to periods of high order volumes or postal service problems that are outside of my control.

Local delivery

Bizaanide’ewin does not offer local delivery at this time.

You can list out the ZIP/postal codes you service and/or consider embedding a map here so customers can easily see if they are within your local delivery range.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you offer multiple international shipping options, listed and calculated for you at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bizaanide’ewin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks for domestic orders (please allow 6-8 weeks for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bizaanideewin@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please keep this in mind should you use UPS, DHL, FedEx. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final, but returns may be granted in cases of defect/damage. Please see the return policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bizaanideewin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
